Sugar-Free Lemonade Pie

June 11, 2009

Lemon cream pie on a cutting board.I would like to make a sugar-free version of the lemonade pie that uses:

I can make a sugar-free version of the sweetened condensed milk (it's great!), use sugar-free cool whip, and a low-carb pie crust using CarbQuik. But I'm not sure how to make a sugar-free frozen lemonade concentrate. It's just sugar (or splenda), lemon juice and water, but I am not sure what quantities. Could anyone help me with this. I'd love to make it for my dieting family!

SF Sweetened Condensed Milk- makes 1 cup

1-1/2 cup nonfat dry milk
1 cup splenda
1/2 cup boiling water
4-1/2 tablespoons softened butter

Combine dry milk, sugar, water and butter in blender until smooth. (add a little more boiling water if too thick) Refrigerate until chilled and slightly thick.
