A healthy chia flavored pudding with no cooking!

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup your favorite milk
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 3 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp cardamon
  • 1/8 tsp cloves

Steps:

  1. Put all ingredients in blender.
  2. Blend.

  4. Divide into individual bowls or one big bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve plain or with a dollop of yogurt or nuts if desired!
