Turmeric Chai Chia Pudding
Combine milk, chia seeds, turmeric, and and traditional chai spices to make this no cook pudding. Mix and refrigerate for a delicious treat.

A healthy chia flavored pudding with no cooking!
- 1 1/2 cup your favorite milk
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 3 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp cardamon
- 1/8 tsp cloves
- Put all ingredients in blender.
- Divide into individual bowls or one big bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve plain or with a dollop of yogurt or nuts if desired!
