Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup your favorite milk
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 3 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp cardamon
  • 1/8 tsp cloves

Steps:

  1. Put all ingredients in blender.
  2. adding maple syrup to blender
     
    adding spices to blender
     
  3. Blend.
  4. blending Pudding
     
  5. Divide into individual bowls or one big bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve plain or with a dollop of yogurt or nuts if desired!
