Turmeric Ginger Orange Carrot Juice

An easy, healthy and natural juice for two. This is a refreshing drink to start your morning. Packed with lots of nutrients and inexpensive to make versus buying energy booster shots or drinks.
*If this is your first time drinking ginger/turmeric, you may want to try less amounts to get used to the acquired taste. Or you can add honey or sugar to adjust to your preferred taste.
Cook Time: Less than 5-10 minutes
Yield: (2) 8 oz cups
- 3 oranges
- 5 baby carrots
- 3" ginger root
- 1.5" turmeric root
- 5 cubes ice
- Peel skin of ginger and turmeric root.
- Freshly squeeze oranges your oranges.
- In a blender, add all your ingredients: orange juice, carrots, ginger, turmeric, ice and blend. Optional filter your juice. Ready to drink.
