Yesterday, I made scrambled eggs with Greek yogurt. They tasted great and I didn't have to run out and get more milk.

I have done this before when making boxed mac and cheese. I have used leftover sour cream as well. I just add a bit more water to make sure all the cheese is mixed in. It's just a bit tangier.
I like to use ranch salad dressing, especially ranch with bacon.
