Using a Welbilt Model ABM550 Bread Maker?

We bought a Welbilt bread maker model ABM550 at a sale with no manual. Where does the red seal go in the bread maker? When the bread is finished is that gear that was on the bottom to I assume turn when mixings embedded in the bread when finished?
