Can someone please tell me what type of Pit Bull he is so I can figure out how big he is going to get? Right now he is 6 months old.

Your sweet boy looks a lot like an American Staffordshire Terrier and a Great Dane mix. That lanky body is very Dane like to my eye and the face is very AST.
If he is a mix, he could get quite large. He is very lean though and looks quite healthy! Lean is good as it keeps stress off the hips and back.
Have you checked with your vet to see what he/she thinks? He can look at things I can't like his teeth, jaw lines and bone structure.
