What Type of Bush Is This?

What Type of Bush Is This?I have two bushes in my back yard that are about 15 feet high. They have small green leaves, with bark and long very sharp needles on the limbs. In the fall the berries turn from green to bright red. The birds do not touch them until spring, then they will come in and clean all the berries off in late February.

I think it is a member of the very large family of the holly possibly Ilex opaca, American holly. If you want to see the different types of holly, just googled its latin name : ilex

Sorry ! I had not seen the spines on the trunk ! I thought it was on the leaves ! I believe it could be a Crataegus and possibly Crataegus crus galli.
