Supplies:
- Elmer's Glue all
- plastic bowl
- yarn
- balloon
Steps:
- In a large plastic bowl or container, use about l/2 cup glue and a little bit of water to make a slightly runny consistency. Wrap yarn around your fingers to prevent it from tangling. Place in the bowl and soak up the glue.
- On wax paper, use one end of the yarn and begin wrapping around a balloon until the surfaces are covered. Allow to dry on wax paper for about 24 hours.
- Pop the balloon and cut an opening in the egg. Decorate as desired. I put bows on the top and used colored shredded paper for the inside before placing candy in the egg.
