An easy and delicious pie made with only four ingredients.

Total Time: 5 minutes to prepare 2 hours to chill.

Yield: 8

  • 2 6 oz. containers fruit on the bottom yogurt. ( I use the Kroger brand)
  • 1 16 oz. container Cool Whip
  • 1/2 cup whole or chopped fruit (same kind as the flavor of yogurt), optional
  • 1 chocolate or plain graham cracker pie crust

I like putting a strawberry or cherry yogurt mixture in a chocolate crust and a blueberry or peach in the plain. You could also make the mixture up and pour into miniature pie shells for a neighborhood barbecue or family get together. You can also top the strawberry pie with a little chocolate syrup for an added touch of yummy.

It is a great pie for the summer because it is frozen.

Fold the cool whip and yogurt together and put in the graham cracker crust, freeze it just before serving let it thaw just a bit. for easy cutting.

Another pie I like to make is instead of the yogurt I replace it with a instant box of choc. pudding already made, fold it into the cool whip and freeze, I like using the choc graham cracker crust, and before freezing, add choc. sprinkles on top for a extra look. Freeze and serve, it reminds me of a fudgecicle,
