I'm enrolled at Colorado Technical University and they were recently allocated a bunch of money to help students cover expenses during covid19. Unfortunately the money is only for on campus students displaced and having to switch to online classes. Is that fair? I'm an online student and am having a lot of hardships myself. Can I do anything about this?

I can understand your problem. However, in order to find out if you can receive any type of help you need to take this up with the school administration. They do have rules to follow and the money was given to them for specific causes in helping students displace off of campus when the campus was closed. I would try writing to the school and asking them for some financial assistance to see if they can allocate a bit of them funds for you. I am not sure this one is possible because they need to account for all the finds they give out to students and it appears you do not qualify for these funds.
