Oreo Peanut Butter Surprise
This is a peanut butter version of "dirt pudding", YUM! Very easy too make, as well. Crush Oreos in a Ziploc bag. Pour in melted butter and squish bag until butter and crumbs are combined.
Chicken and Vegetable Stir-Fry
Heat oil in nonstick skillet. Stir-fry chicken for 5 minutes or until browned. Add veggies. Stir-fry until crisp-tender. Stir in contents of sauce packet. Cook until hot.
Rinse peppers. Poke a tiny hole in each and pour in sea salt. Shake well. Place on baking tray and boil 5-10 minutes.
Spinach Salad with Orange Dressing
In a large bowl, combine spinach, oranges, eggs, bacon, onions and pecans. In a blender, process all dressing ingredients until smooth. Pour over salad; toss to coat.
Cool Lime Pie
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and milk until smooth. Add limeade and food coloring. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Pour into crust.
