What is This Plant?

Hello my dear friends. Can anyone identify this weed? I have been pulling it out for years, with no rashes to my hands.
There was a lightning bug resting on the leaf, but while I went to get my camera, it flew away.

Hi, to me looks like a mint plants I have them. Yes, they will grow like weeds. They smell great.

Not mint, mint doesn't have divided leaves like that. But it's tough to identify from just one shot. A photo with flowers or seed head would help, or even one showing how the leaves attach to the stem.
