These are super healthy and tasty. They take a bit of prep, but I like to keep the un-cooked packets in the fridge for up to an entire week and simply pop them into the oven as needed.

Stuffed Burgers

Stuffed BurgersHere you will take your ingredients and stuff the bottom half of a seasoned burger and then add a patty to the top and pat together. Making a awesome stuffed patty. We seasoned the meat with our favorite seasoning. Browned some onions with butter and maple syrup. Yummy. Then you add your favorite cheese and top it off. Brown both sides in a frying pan and serve with your lettuce and ketchup if you choose. Here is my burger.

Thrifty and Quick RibsMy family loves ribs, either slabs or "country style". I purchased several packages of these a few months ago when they went on sale for $1.59 a pound and wrapped them tightly for the freezer. I got these out yesterday so we could have ribs on a rainy night without heating the kitchen up too badly with the oven.

Cake DropsThis recipe was "developed by" Cynthia Ann Starr in Louisiana. It started out as cake mix cookies but I had forgotten the exact recipe and "thought" it was 3 eggs. These taste like cake and are soft like cake but you can pick them up like cookies. Freezes wonderfully.

Disappearing Oatmeal CookiesThese are my spin on oatmeal cookies. My Hubs loves them with the raisins, but I know others prefer them with chocolate chips or just plain. So the raisins are optional, or you could easily replace the raisins with chocolate or butterscotch chips (I have done both and they are delicious).
