  3. Before opening the first packet/individual package of honey graham crackers, crush it gently but thoroughly either between your hands or with a gentle roll of a rolling pin.
  4. Pour the contents from the packet/individual package of honey graham crackers into a baking pan.
  5. Cut about 1/4 cube of butter into the cracker crumbs, enough to moisten the crumbs. Stick the pan in the oven and melt the butter.
  6. Take the pan out with a mitt, stir the butter into the crumbs, and spread them back over the bottom of the pan.
  7. Spread the frozen fruit over the first packet/individual package of honey graham crackers.
  8. Sprinkle sugar over the fruit, just enough to sweeten it.
  9. Crush the second packet/individual package of honey graham crackers. Cut the second 1/4 cube of butter into the cracker crumbs as before. Spread it over the frozen fruit. Make sure it covers it evenly.

  11. Sprinkle cinnamon and second batch of sugar (optional) on top.
  12. Stick back in the oven and heat until hot throughout. The butter and the ice in the frozen fruit will soften and lightly flavor the graham crackers.
  13. Serve hot or at room temperature with a scoop or two of vanilla ice cream.

1 cube butter?

A cube of butter is 1 ounce, which is 2 tablespoons.

its called a cube because when cut a 1/2 stick in half, you're left with perfect cubes.

It should read 1/4 of one stick (cube) of butter, or 2 Tbsp. I have changed the original recipe to be more clear.
