Buying a Cell Phone on Credit?

I need some credit to buy a new cellphone. Is there anyone who let me make payments?

If you don't already have a plan, I would go the prepaid phone route.
If you do have a phone plan, and are just needing to replace a non-working phone, try craigslist, ebay or pawn shops to find a working, unlocked, used phone at a cheaper price.
