For the dizziness try an iron supplement, especially if you are also seeing black spots. Massage your tight muscles. It may hurt at first because they are tight, but do it for 10 minutes or so.

Dizziness on standing indicates low blood pressure, and could be a symptom of something very serious going on especially put together with any muscle symptoms.

You MUST go to a health care professional to have this attended to-don't rely on helpful advice from a frugal tips forum-we all mean well, and you might think you'll luck into advice from a trained professional but you mustn't count on it to be accurate for your particular situation.

And a health care professional (RN, MD, paramedic, etc) who might be posting here will tell you first and last thing in any post they make-GO TO YOUR GP!
