THIS IS VERY TRUE. I HAVE USED EPSON SALT MANY TIMES , AND IT IS WONDERFUL REMEDY ! !

I have an autistic but high functioning 8 yr. old grandson who benefits from 1/2 cup of epsom salts in his bath water. It seems to calm him and helps him focus. I think it does something with the seratonin in the brain. I'm all for anything that can help him (and his mom) cope a little better.

That's wonderful. thanks for the info. Magnesium can be taken orally as ionic magnesium citrate Amazon sells it in 8 oz bottle for $19.00
