Shams are very easy to make. Here's a couple of places to get you started:

bandanas can be used in alot of ways & offer a lot of color for low cash.
Either tie 2 on by the corners or whip up shams in no time on the machine & if you want fringe thats easy too ! just clip an inch or so in all the way around !
