How do I clean grease out of my grout?

Try ammonia. It turned greasy black grout at my rental back to light grey. Dilute and spray on, wait a few (20)minutes, then wipe.
Vinegar. Let set a few minutes. It may get cleaner scrubbing with a toothbrush, than just a regular cloth. Do not mix the vinegar or ammonia with any bleach, as it will cause poisonous fumes.
Neat bleach, an old toothbrush and elbow grease! Rinse well afterward.
