Don't eat very much carbs like white bread or anything that's white. Also drink the instant slimming protein drink about twice a week for a meal.

Besides healthy eating and walking it's good to work on building up the tummy muscles! There are all kinds of exercises for building up both the upper and lower tummy and they work miracles and you can safely do tummy exercises every day! Also, get in the habit of always sitting and standing up straight and holding your tummy muscles in :-)
