Fold ups have been around for a while. I suggest you go to goggle.com and type in fold up bikes. You will get a lot of hits on the manufactures. Or call a bike shop listed in the yellow pages of your phone directory.
I bought mine at www.campingworld.com. It's really nice! Heavy duty not cheap. And I also got the bag to carry it in.
