You can get sulfer from most any farm supply. Sprinkle sulpher on your shoes and pants. I hunt in the thick woods this way and never get ticks.
I always thought ticks came out of trees, but recently was told they actually are in tall grass. Chickens & ducks are great tick eradicators :)
