Can I put wallpaper over a Formica counter top?

Do you mean that you wish to apply wallpaper onto the countertop? I do not think that it would stick very well, nor will it be a durable surface. People have good success painting them (although they scratch easily) and there is a specialized product that you can use to refinish them to make them look like granite that is reportedly very good.
