Discontinued wallpaper is usually very difficult to find.
It takes a lot of time searching sites, stores, Internet and even if some is found it may not always be enough so then you have to keep searching for more.
There are some sites that handle discontinued wallpaper but it's usually sheer luck if you find the pattern you're looking for.
Some people have had luck by posting a 'wanted ad' on the national Craigslist and also national USA4Sale.
These sites reach several thousand locations but you will also need a couple of pictures to go with your description.
As a general rule discontinued rolls will be expensive and shipping can also be expensive.
You can also Google Raymond Waites wallpaper with your zip code and contact any local shops to see if they have this pattern. Sometimes they can put out a national message asking if any store has any of this pattern in stock.
You can also check eBay for your pattern and you can ask to be notified if anyone lists this item.
I think you should condense the name to Raymond Waites Sage Conservatory as the other words may hamper you from finding your pattern. Most people may not know the number but you can also look under Raymond Waites portfolio collection conservatory.

I believe this same question was answered on August 5, 2020 although you did not present a picture on that post.
However, your information was sufficient to do research and I do not believe any information we can provide would be any different today.

I have seen a lot of items like this found when doing some of the 'reverse image' searches so you might want to look into those as people will sometimes post wallpaper items and do not know the brand or pattern name or number.
Finding discontinued wallpaper products is not easy as I feel sure you already know but I have found from my own searches that the more places you post the picture/request the more apt you will have success.

Reddit has numerous groups so if you join they will help you place your request in the right group. This is a great site for finding information on almost anything.

It is a long shot finding discontinued wallpaper right now. You could try searching on eBay. If not, could you do a balance of paint and wallpaper (combo) Or half a plain wallpaper to compliment the pattern.

I have to agree that you did list this in the past and I was able to find the material but not the wallpaper that you are looking for again. It is hard to find this paper and it seems that the only thing I can find right now is the material that is the same as your wallpaper. Thank you for supplying us with the photo this time but nothing has changed since I searched last time.

The problem with discontinued wallpaper is most of the time the research is the same and just once in a while someone get lucky and finds something really useful.

Two tips to help find old wallpaper--one is when you are searching the internet or eBay or Etsy--just put in the brand and look through every listing--most sellers are flippers and have no clue the pattern name so sometimes all you get is the brand.
Second thing is to set up several Google alerts-with the full name, and just with the brand--and check them out. I do this when i really want something and often it will "show up" in my alerts and i can snap it up!

I am looking for as many rolls as I can find of a Raymond Waites pattern called Ancient King. Pattern #31131330 from the Raymond Waites Chinoiserie Book, page #40. The color is "green" though you can see (see picture below) it is actually more yellow than green. 
At one point Home Depot sold this on-line through The Wallpaper Company 56 sq. ft. Green Ancient King Wallpaper-WC1280509
Lowes also sold this as an Allen + Roth Paper, but I cannot find the item number.

Locating any discontinued wallpapers can be very time consuming and you are looking for a large quantity as well.
Continuous search on eBay and Etsy may reap some rewards but no telling how long your search will last.
