Getting Wrinkles Out of a Mercerized Shirt?

I would either rewash or wet the shirt, then put it in the dryer again with a dryer sheet. Take it out while it's still damp, give it a good shake and put it on a hanger to dry. Without ironing, it won't be crisp and perfect, but it should be a lot better.
