Mnemonic For Password

I remember sentences to create passwords for my computer. For example, I may think, "I Love My dog so much" so my password would be "ILMDSM"

Ad

I = I
Love = L
My = M
Dog = D
So = S
Much = M

It's a very easy way for me to remember my password.

Great idea. I try to keep the same password for everything, but that's not always possible because some sites want more than my regular password that I always use. So, I keep a notebook by my computer with all my user names and passwords. It's only me that lives here, so it's fairly safe written down. For my banking info, I keep my password info in a folder with my banking papers safely tucked in my desk drawer

I too have used a phone directory, but honestly, it becomes a pain to keep opening for the information. My opinion would be to use the password sentence alpha; type a list and attach to side of computer. I am also a loner now. Thanks for sharing all your ideas.
