Double Potato Bake

Yummy potato recipe - love the cheese.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 1 soup can milk
  • 1 Tbsp. instant onion flakes
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • dash pepper
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Prepare potatoes as directed on package, but reduce cooking time 4 minutes. Drain well, if necessary due to the way you cooked them. Heat soup and milk together. Add onion, parsley, salt, and pepper. Grease 2 qt. baking dish; put in potatoes, then milk and soup mixture. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40-50 minutes.
