Making Cheese from Sour Milk?

This is going to sound crazy, but here goes. My husband and I went to the grocery about 6 hours ago, and we forgot the milk in the back of the truck. It's pretty hot and humid out today. So if the milk doesn't make it for drinking, can I use it to make cheese or something else? If so does anyone have any easy recipes for cheese? I have been wanting to try and make some, now's my chance. Thanks for any help.

You can cook with it. You didn't say how much milk but you can freeze it in one cup amounts, in paper cups. Then use it for cakes or casseroles or what ever needs milk. If it is curdled sour you should just throw it away.
