Organize Coupons by Type of Packaging

I have found it easiest for me to organize my coupons by the type of packaging whenever possible. I have categories for:

• Bags: rice, coffee, frozen vegetables, etc.

• Bottles: juice drinks, spaghetti sauce, etc.
• Boxes: cereal, rice mixes, dry soup, etc.
• Cans: soups, milk, vegetables, etc.
• Cleaning: soaps, dishwashing liquids, etc.
• Dairy: eggs, cheese, milk, etc.
• Fresh: meat, vegetables, fruit, etc.
• Personal: toothpaste, shampoos, band-aids, etc.
• Pet: anything for the pets
• Restaurants

I simply remember how it's packaged and go to the appropriate section. This frees me from trying to remember if I filed the coupon for jelly under baking, other, or something else.
