Cremora Recipe?

I love this newsletter! Does anyone have a recipe to make your own dry powdered type cremora?

Thanks,

I use plain powder milk mixed with nutmeg and cinnamon in a shaker and add until my coffee tastes perfect. This also means you get flavored coffee without the extra cost. 1 cup pwd. milk + 1/2 T cinnamon + 1/2 T nutmeg (you may want to alter this to your own preference)

If Cremora has hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated fats, it's poison. Read the label. In 2006, all of the nutrition labels on food products are supposed to indicate trans fats.

Stay away from them all!
Trans fats are made by heating and re-heating oil. Hydrogenated fats are made by adding hydrogen to oil that's been super heated so food lasts a looooong time (like plastic).

I use the same recepe as Laura W. I enjoy my coffee again.
If you use the liquid creamer it's poison too!
