Ham and Rice

Easy and yummy to make!

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked ham strips
  • 2 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 can onion soup
  • 1 1/2 cups Minute Rice
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. sliced stuffed olives

Directions:

Saute ham in oil. Blend water and soup; add to meat. Stir in rice. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Just before serving, stir in chopped parsley and olives. Garnish with olives, if desired.
