Ingredients:

  • 4 cups cooked wild rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup chicken gravy
  • 2 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 1 cup soft bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. melted margarine

Directions:

Combine rice, soup, chicken gravy, and chicken. Put into a 2 quart casserole. Toss bread crumbs with melted margarine; sprinkle over top of he casserole. Bake at 350 degrees F for 50-60 minutes.

Rice Casserole I

Ingredients:

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1-2 Tbsp. dried minced onions
  • 1 small can mushrooms (drained and chopped)
  • 1 can consomme' soup
  • 1 tsp. bouillon (instant; dissolved in soup can of warm water)
  • 1 cup raw rice

Directions:

Melt margarine in greased casserole. Add remaining ingredients; stir. Bake in 350 degree F oven for 1 hour.

Rice Casserole II

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 lg. onion
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 qt. chicken broth
  • Ad

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 soup cans of water
  • 1/8 tsp. salt

Directions

Fry meat. Add celery and onion. Cook rice in chicken broth, then add the rest of the ingredients. Pour into a 2 qt. casserole dish and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees F.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup uncooked rice (regular)
  • 1 can beef bouillon soup
  • 1 can onion soup
  • 1/4 lb. butter or margarine
  • 1 small can mushrooms

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together; cover and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees F.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup long grain rice
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 can condensed onion soup
  • 1 1/3 cups water
  • 1/2 cup diced green pepper
  • Ad

  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 2 cups diced turkey
  • 1 can mushrooms, drained
  • 2 slices American cheese

Directions

Add the rice to the melted butter or margarine in a large skillet and brown over medium heat, stirring. Add soup and water, cover, and cook for about 10 minutes. Add green pepper and celery and continue cooking, covered, for about 15 minutes longer or until the rice is tender. Add turkey and mushrooms (we use the stems and pieces) and mix well. Pour into a greased casserole and bake at 350 degrees F for about 20 minutes. Top with cheese, return to the oven, and bake until the cheese is melted.

Recipe for Corned Beef and Rice Casserole. Combine all ingredients in a casserole. Bake, covered, for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.
