Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Add frozen raspberries; stir until thawed. Stir in applesauce. Pour into 10x6 inch baking dish; chill until set. Combine sour cream and marshmallows. Spread atop gelatin. Cover and chill 1-2 hours more. Cut into squares; serve on lettuce leaves. Makes 6 servings.
Note: Strawberry gelatin and frozen strawberries can be used instead of raspberries.
