Ingredients
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Dash of salt
  • 4-6 drops flavoring or your choice
  • Few drops of food coloring

Directions

Combine sugar, syrup, water and salt; bring to a boil. Cook to 144 degrees C (295-310 F) Stir in food coloring and flavoring. Pour onto buttered baking sheet to cool. When cool, break into pieces.
