Spaghetti Squares

Ingredients:

• 2 lbs. ground beef
• 2 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. pepper
• 2 onions, chopped
• 1 cup dry bread crumbs
• 1 can evaporated milk
• 1 pkg. spaghetti (7oz.)

• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
• 1 jar spaghetti sauce (reg. size)
• 1 pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese (8oz.)

Directions:

Combine meat, salt, pepper, onion, bread crumbs and milk in 9x13 inch pan. Bake in 350 degree F. oven for 30 minutes. Pour off drippings, saving 2 tablespoons. Cook spaghetti; drain. Add 2 tablespoons drippings, eggs and Parmesan cheese. Put on top of meat. Pour sauce over and bake 15 minutes. Top with mozzarella cheese and bake another 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
