The easiest way to remove mold from boat seats is to use Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. The mold comes right off. Just rinse and you are done.

Tried it and didn't work...
I just tried the magic eraser.. OMG was almost like simply wiping it off with a paper towel. Thanks for the simple perfect solution. Like the Magic eraser was made for this.
I've tried Mr Clean Erasers, the boat has roughly 20 years of mold and mildew build up I feel like I've tried everything
If you have 20 years of build up, the plastic seats might have been damaged by the mold and mildew over the years. It may not be possible to make them look clean again.
