Your question was about mobile vaccination van schedule but did you mean that you only want vaccination for your dog/cat? If that is your goal than you should read the entire notice that is on their web site as it pertains to services.

Here is a quote from the site:
FVRCP vaccine for cats/DA2PPV vaccine for dogs (We do not provide vaccinations or any other services to animals who are NOT being spayed/neutered.)
Be sure to be well prepared with all paperwork or you will not be helped.
