Health and Human Resourses will reimburse you for the cost of the gasoline you had to purchase in order to go to and from doctor or dental visits. They will furnish you a form that you fill out and the doctor or staff member signs it. Turn it in and in a few days you will get your money back for gasoline costs. My daughter read this in a magazine, asked them and they gave her forms.

Are you talking about the government Department of Health and Human Services? Or is this something at her place of work?
