I am moving into a house that has dusty rose for the carpet, which can not be changed. I have oak furniture and would like to know what colors would go, bedspread, throw, wall color, etc. I don't want anything to frilly.

I saw a bedroom done in mint green and dusty rose and it was beautiful. If you don't care for the mint, then a dark green, soft aqua, sage green, light teal green or creamy yellow would look good. Look at printed fabrics with dusty rose in it and see what colors or shades you prefer the best.
My neighbour has new bedding, etc. all in a dark rose and grey satin. It is quite attractive. If you don't want a frilly look, go for solid blocks of colour, or geometric patterns, or a cotton blend rather than shiny satin and flowers.
