How and when did you get your pet?
We joke that we bought a cat and got a free house. The previous owners were going to "dispose of him", but look at that face? He was only about a year old and sneezing blood on the back door window so off to the vet he went for a full exam. We had him fixed; it took a year to de-worm him. We had him immunized and he moved indoors.
What does your pet like to do for fun?
He ambushes his sister, protects the grandbaby better than the largest dog and eats popcorn while watching television with Mom and Dad on the bed. He fetches too!
Do you have anything else to share about your pet?
He didn't live up to the name Bernie Mac the previous owners had given him and my hubby named him, most appropriately. He is such a wonderful cat, but he has some sort of brain damage that makes him aggressive at times. That's when we call him by his nickname, Toothy Joe. He will never have to live outside and forage for his own food again. When we found him he only weighed about 5 pounds. Now he's a solid 9 pounds of love! He is one of the best cats I've ever been owned by, and I've been owned by a lot of cats. Vote for Bubba Dump 2016!
