Pill bugs prefer decomposing matter, but will settle for practically any juicy bits of fruits or veggies. They will even eat fish flakes! You can bring in nature's meal too!

They will eat foliage, weeds, grass, and leaves. As for water, keep the habitat humid. At humidity levels of 85%, pill bugs can snatch water directly from the air.

You may feed them leaves, small pieces of decaying wood(twigs),small biscuit crumbs, fish food(though it may start smelling fishy),ripe fruit, and ripe vegetables. You may also feed the pillbugs water, but don't drown them with too much.

Pill bugs are detritivores, meaning they like to eat dead organic material. Therefor, a bit of water-packed fruit, some veggies, and leaf litter should be fine for them. They don't need a water dish, actually it is not recommended at all due to the risk of drowning, and they get their water from their fruit and veggie diet.

Although, unlike the other answers you shouldn't put in food that has fungi or mold on it for captive pill bugs. If the food grows moldy, or starts getting covered in other decomposing material then change it out.

I have 2 pill bugs (Leotard and Leonard) and I feed them carrot, apple, and potato bits. I spread the bits around their cage so they won't have to crowd one place just to eat.
