- 1 can boned chicken (5oz.)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can chicken noodle soup
- 1 can chow mein noodles
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 4 slices bread
- 1/2 cup melted margarine
Mix all ingredients except bread and margarine. Put in an 8 inch square pan. Top with bread that has been cut in cubes and tossed in the melted margarine. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.

For the can of chicken noodle soup, is that the small condensed kind? You could use broth and add a bit of pasta. I am hesitant to use that much canned products in one meal, but a few changes and I could lighten it up. Thanks for the idea! (04/12/2010)
