It's all your favorite taco ingredients thrown together into a plate of goodness. I like this dish because it's a cheap and a "not every night" meal. Anyone who loves Mexican food will love this meal.
Brown hamburger meat (you can substitute with turkey), drain grease. Add taco season make as package says.
In a large bowl, mix together beans and cream cheese until smooth. Add some shredded cheese take spoon and fold until mixed.
In an 8x8 inch baking pan, take meat and make a layer on the bottom. Take bean mix and spread on top the meat, then take shredded cheese and sprinkle on top beans.
Put in oven on 350 degrees F until cheese is melted. Add tomatoes, onion, taco sauce , black olives, and sour cream in layers, sour cream last.
Enjoy with chips or rice

Ummmmm, there's no chicken in this "Meximelt-Chicken Casserole" recipe.
Seems like you might shred the lettuce and it would be one of the topping items.
I was really looking forward to this being a chicken recipe. Should this really be a contest contender?
Ditto to BethGould's comment, recipe entitled "Chicken Casserole" but no chicken in it? Oh well, sure does sound like a good dish to make though. Thanks.
