Mexican Chicken CasseroleIt's all your favorite taco ingredients thrown together into a plate of goodness. I like this dish because it's a cheap and a "not every night" meal. Anyone who loves Mexican food will love this meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. ground hamburger
  • 1 bag shredded lettuce
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 (8-16 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 bag. shredded taco cheese
  • 1 can black olives
  • 1 can salsa or taco sauce
  • 1 (8-16 oz.) pkg. sour cream
  • 1 small onion (optional)
  • 1 pkg. taco season

Directions:

Brown hamburger meat (you can substitute with turkey), drain grease. Add taco season make as package says.

In a large bowl, mix together beans and cream cheese until smooth. Add some shredded cheese take spoon and fold until mixed.

In an 8x8 inch baking pan, take meat and make a layer on the bottom. Take bean mix and spread on top the meat, then take shredded cheese and sprinkle on top beans.

Put in oven on 350 degrees F until cheese is melted. Add tomatoes, onion, taco sauce , black olives, and sour cream in layers, sour cream last.

Enjoy with chips or rice
