These enchiladas have less than 5 ingredients.
Heat red sauce in a skillet until medium warm. Grate cheese. Dip tortillas in red sauce, put cheese in middle and roll up like enchilada. Please enchilada in baking dish. With left over red sauce add 1 can of chili and mix together. Pour this over enchiladas and bake on 400 degrees F for 25 minutes.
I serve this with sour cream, tomatoes, onions or any toppings that you would like.
