Free Cutting and Removal of Trees?

My daughter is buying a house here in western Massachusetts with at least twenty 40-60 ft pine trees by the house. We are trying to find out if anyone knows someone insured and bonded that would take them down for free and take the wood for their use.

Call your local Chamber office to find out who the tree people are. But, I doubt you will find one to do it for free.

Most people will not take down the tree for free. It is hard work. Put an ad in Freecycle or Craigslist that will offer the wood in exchange for removal.
