You can go to a clinic and they should have a sliding fee price list. Which most often will be $20 per visit here where I live. I just got partials top and bottom, but I have medicaid.

If you do not have dental insurance, you will pay full price for services. If you pay for dental insurance, they may or may not provide coverage for preexisting problems.

If there is a dental training school in your area, they need patients for student training. All work is overseen by the instructors.

You do not say anything about why you cannot pay for dental services (very few people have dental insurance?) but maybe you can find some help at the web site:

health department. If you have no income, they will pull all your teeth so you can't eat. But that is not their problem.
