Wonderful "spin" on traditional holiday dressing. Sure to be a hit year after year.
- 1 bag Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
- 1 bag Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing
- 16 oz. onion, chopped
- 16 oz. celery, chopped
- 4-5 hot peppers, chopped
- 1/2 stick butter
- ground sage
Chop and cook the onion, celery, and peppers in the butter till tender, the day before.
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
Add chicken/turkey broth to desired consistency.
Sprinkle with sage to taste
Layer in pan 3/4 of an inch thick.
Bake at 350 degrees F till it looks yummy and crisp on top. Let cool a bit then slice in squares.
