Does anyone know where I can get a knitting pattern for a Polo Neck Insert, sometimes referred to as a 'Dickie'. Many thanks.

Hope this helps.
This is a site that gives you patterns by the alphabet so this is "d" day.
Another idea? Find a sweater you love that is worn in the elbows or tummy, maybe the ribbing is coming undone? Measure how much you need to use of the neck, back and front. Draw it with a marker, then zig zag the heck out of it several times.
Once that is done, cut it outside the sewing and give yourself some room for "unraveling". It will stop once it hits the sewing part.
If that sweater's arms are still good, do the same from the underarm around back to the underarm seam, and use them for leggings.
Remember never to cut before you sew. (10/22/2008)
Try knittingpatterncentral.com under the heading "men's clothing" and look for the pattern for the dickie. It's a turtleneck, but there's probably others on that site you could use. (06/30/2009)
