Something is wrong! Need to take her to your vet now in case she has an intestinal block. Please!
She could have an intestinal blockage. Take your dog to the vet for treatment. Either your dog is severely constipated or has eaten something she shouldn't have and can't pass it. She may need x-rays. Either way, your vet can help, and also can give you recommendations on the best food for her.
