Cook for 25 minutes. Do not rinse.
Beat in separate bowl:
Beat well and stir into rice, stirring and cooking over medium heat until creamy. Do not let it boil. Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Serve warm or chilled.. Keep refrigerated.
Thank you for posting these recipes. I am always buying rice pudding in the store, but there's nothing like the taste of homemade! & not only that, it cost half the price if you make it yourself! (09/15/2008)
